Hi there!

I'm Kathleen, the founder of The Diamond Frequency.

I’ve always questioned most things in life, which made me look for answers wherever I could. I started my spiritual path in 1996 and after that, my life became a journey of self-discovery, self-awareness and transformation. I read a lot of books, took several courses and loved listening to interesting people that had something to say about life.

I started experimenting with the law of attraction, and became very good at attracting all kind of things into my life in the most magical ways. But at a certain point I realised that in order to attract my dream life, I had to heal myself on a deeper level.

I started to let go of past painful experiences, and became free of much of the autopilot beliefs I was operating from. After this healing period, I decided to start my own business, teaching other women to do the same and that's when the real magic started to happen. There's this quote that says "The universe reveals its magic to the ones who are brave enough to follow their heart." I can fully confirm this to be true. Doors started to open up for me that I didn't even know existed.    

I now feel it’s my mission to empower other female empaths and highly sensitive women, so they know their value, and increase their level of consciousness. You can let go of limiting beliefs and past negative experiences and really start enjoying life and living it on your own terms. No more people pleasing and other coping mechanisms, but just living your best life without feeling guilty. No more keeping yourself small, but being your bright, true self.

By mastering your energy, you can master your life. Because we don't only attract what we think and feel, we attract what we vibrate. 

It’s my life purpose to embody the highest version of myself and help other women to do this, too. I believe that in this way we can make a contribution to change the world into a better place, one empowered woman at a time.
